On 18 November 2026, MEPs Evelyn Regner (S&D) and Maria Walsh (EPP) will co-host a LONELY-EU working session in the European Parliament, together with the Intergroup on Mental Health. Its title is “How We Can Reduce Loneliness Across Europe”.
It is a working meeting. The evidence on loneliness keeps growing, and participants will discuss how to turn it into European policy that works.
On 19 and 20 November, LONELY-EU meets its Evidence-to-Action Board at the Halfway Policy Forum. There we will test our policy recommendations and check that we are asking for the right things.
Both meetings are by invitation only. We will report on them afterwards.
